Dwyer, Cambre & Suffern represented the owners and developers of a pair of Baronne Street buildings in New Orleans that once house operations for the city’s utility company. Building and Land Technology bought the properties in February 2015 for $11.6 million with the total cost of the project exceeding $50 million. The NOPSI Hotel offers 217 guest rooms, 10,000 square feet of meeting space, a rooftop pool and bar, a landscaped courtyard and a ground floor restaurant called “Public Service.”
