Dwyer, Cambre & Suffern represented the Owner/Developer in the site acquisition of the former Mercy Hospital which had been shuttered since Hurricane Katrina. By structured and creative financing including utilization of New Market Tax Credits, State Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credits, Federal Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credits and conventional financing, Dwyer, Cambre & Suffern helped bring this project to reality as a state of the art acute care hospital.
