Laura C. Carroll graduated from Louisiana State University, Paul M. Hebert Law Center in 2012. Prior to law school, Laura attended Louisiana State University earning a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and a Minor in Business. Her primary areas of practice include matters involving title insurance, commercial finance, general corporate transactions and real estate development and finance, with extensive experience closing projects involving a range of government incentives, including historic tax credits, new markets tax credits, low-income housing tax credits and HUD supported projects. Laura has represented an array of lenders, investors and developers nationwide in a wide variety of projects, including hotels, apartment complexes, office buildings, residential condominiums and retail commercial space. She also has experience in general estate planning and successions.
